About Trey

Trey Briggs Head

Creative Storyteller

Writer • Game Dev • SEO

Hey, I’m Trey. I’m a personality hire with actual skills to back up the humor. So there’s that.

Jokes aside, I’m a content strategist, SEO specialist, and writer with 12+ years of experience making content rank, convert, and resonate. My mission is always to inject personality into brand messaging and take the robotic blandness out of SEO.

The main way I do that is by making content the THING in my life. I live for content. In all its beauty and ugliness, I've found a comfortable standing in the world.

I don't love it all, obviously. The work I do a little begrudgingly involves technical SEO, but I still make a point to do it well. And I’m honest to a fault: if something won’t work, I’ll tell you.

My sweet spot is building SEO strategy from the ground up: mapping out editorial calendars, creating keyword-rich briefs, planning content architecture with search in mind, and writing content that consistently lands on pages 1–5. I plan the supporting content too (elbow grease included). I’m just as comfortable optimizing a landing page as I am running a full blog strategy, and I always aim for real results instead of your run of the mill checkbox SEO. If you're focused on long-term success and need someone to take charge of your content or SEO with strategy, clarity, and a little flair, hey! All me.

My tools and skills include:

  • SEO Research & Implementation
  • Content Planning & Execution
  • SEO-First Landing Pages & Blog Posts
  • Editorial Calendar | Content Calendar Development
  • Google Search Console, Tag Manager, etc. (All the Google Stuffs)
  • WordPress & CMS Site Management
  • Cross-Team Collaboration (Content, Design, Dev)
  • Translating Analytics into Actionable Content Strategy
  • HTML/CSS
  • Asana | Trello | Monday | Notion | etc
  • SEO Tool Hoarder: SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, BrightEdge. You name it, I’ve trained in it

That's really it, honestly. I love working with teams that care about their message, their impact, and playing the long game. I’m not a content mill or farm, so please expect good work with human timing. I’m here to help build something that lasts. Whether I’m elbow-deep in keyword clustering or rewriting a headline for better CTR, I bring strategy and intention to everything I touch.

Enough, enough, enough. You get it.

Let’s connect if you’re building something that deserves to be found—and read.
